With over 20 years of experience in education, leadership development, and organizational consulting, the founder of DEI Milestones Leadership has dedicated her career to empowering individuals and institutions to achieve meaningful, measurable impact.
Her work spans K–12 education, higher education, nonprofit leadership, and corporate consulting — always grounded in equity, inclusion, and a deep commitment to scholar development. She holds advanced degrees and has guided hundreds of practitioners, scholars, and organizations through transformative change.
